morning crept upon me today
with the cat making her bed upon my back
as I clutched a pillow that clashes with my bed-
hmm...the cat's been fed,
. I work late,
. had my shower,
. what's missing...?
I turned with a smile,
realized I was only taking half the bed;
but the other glared emptily back at me
sigh.
